My strong work ethic, eye for detail, and understanding of general and comprehensive knowledge in the Capital Markets area are some of the many attributes that have made my achievements possible. I have been blessed thus far in my career to work for and with organizations and managers that have seen these skills and help elevate my career. My primary focus revolves around pricing calculator execution, retail margin management and lock desk management. Pricing Calculator execution involves best execution modeling, margin inputs, managing MBS TBA pricing links, output in the form of rate sheets and managing the vendor relationship to where pricing is posted each day. Retail Margin Management involves meeting with Executive leadership each day and providing my recommendation of margin inputs for the daily pricing. This recommendation considers pricing position, lock targets, gain on sale, and ROB3 expectations. Lock Desk Management includes managing a diverse team of individuals. I ensure my employees are equipped with the tools they need to get their jobs done efficiently. I also oversee pipeline management of active locks, floating applications, and closed loans. This includes managing multiple different requests for current locks (product changes, matrix changes, lock transfers, etc), managing potential system issues, ensuring all locks are current and accurate, giving our hedgers the cleanest pipeline to hedge.
